Our customer wished to duplicate a lifting tool to handle a heavy medical imaging system weighing almost 800 kg. But the original tool is damaged and design files no longer exist.

For safety of operators, ZYMECA designs, manufactures, and proof tests a simplified but reinforced version of the initial tool with overload safety margin.

Prior to testing, strength calculation file had proven the capacity of the new tool.

The new tool has totally replaced the defective tool; our customer now has a fully validated manufacturing files, so that he can duplicate the tool at any time in case of loss or unavailability.
